Nowadays, everyone agrees that the need to learn all through our lives has to be each one’s responsability; something essential. However, it is not an easy task, and probably we are still learning how to do it.

Motivation is not something unique, or universal, it is something a person has to desire, to need, to be able to have. This is why I believe that education and personal and social environment have an essential role. Motivation is not only being curious or asking questions, but to make efforts and learn in a meaningful way.

To finish, the most important idea I have learned is that innovation needs to share. Sharing is making things easier for everyone; for the people who recieve what we teach and also easier in the sense tha what we do is to open etiquettes, processes, the reasons why. Not only telling others what we do but why we do it and how. That way, we allow people to know our formula, but also we give them the opportunities to retouch it, adjust it, adpot it, make it more relevant for their groups, more transforming, more collaborative, and the most important. It will be SHARED again.
